Like all garlic, this variety does best in full sun with well-drained soil that has been prepared with ample amounts of compost. It is a high-producing garlic and will last for 4-6 months when stored in a cool, dry location.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e‘Music’\u003c\/strong\u003e is a hardneck Porcelain variety that is great for cooks who want a hot, robust garlic flavor in their dishes that sweetens when baked. The cream-colored bulbs have 4-7 cloves that are easily peeled. ‘Music’ requires full sun and well-drained soil that has been prepared with compost. It is also adaptable to extreme northern climates. When stored in a cool, dry place it will have a shelf life of about 5-7 months. In addition to being a great variety of garlic, ‘Music’ produces large scapes that are perfect for a delicious pesto or stir fry.
